The Consolidation phase included an intensive audit of the client's existing legacy platform and best practices were recommended resulting in a reliable, stable, and unified billing platform.

In the Preparation phase the On-Prem BSS systems were migrated to AWS (Amazon Web Services) allowing the client to optimize costs by eliminating the expenditure around the existing IT infrastructure, and leveraging current investments made to meet IT security, configuration management, and compliance requirements. A dedicated Innovation Lab was set up to cater to client-specific business use cases and revenue assurance initiatives.

The solution implemented and the capabilities delivered have impacted the client's long-term business profitability.
